ABOUT US:

Kew Studio is a registered educational charity, founded in 1980 by artists, for artists, with the aim of encouraging a greater awareness of the visual arts and participation in the creative process. Kew Studio welcomes aspiring and established artists at all levels of experience. We offer a range of possibilities, from workshops and classes to full membership. Please contact our Studio Manager to find out about how to become a member.

CLASSES:

We are currently offering classes at Kew Studio in etching, tapestry, watercolours and screen printing. There may also be the opportunity to take part in shorter weekend workshops covering cyanotypes and other kinds of printmaking. See below for details of some of our current and upcoming classes or visit the relevant page.

If you would like to be updated with news of future classes at Kew Studio please get in touch at enquiries@kewstudio.org.

Please note: All students participating in a Kew Studio class must become Student Members at a cost of £10 for the membership year (September 1st – August 31st). Student membership brings students fully into the Kew Studio community, allowing them, among other things, the opportunity to show their work at Studio exhibitions.

OUTREACH:

Resources from our outreach programme, ‘Building Community through Arts’, can be accessed in the Explore Creativity section of this site. Kew Studio is a registered educational charity (no. 1047199) governed by a board of trustees.
