Seraphine works in oil, acrylics and mixed media in her painting. Her exploration of colour and light celebrates life inspired by the natural world being a continual source of joy and feeling of freedom. Woodland and nature have been a constant source of inspiration growing up in Madagascar where happy childhood memories of playing in its rainforest among the world’s rarest orchids and tree flora have left an imprint in her work. Having lived in West London since the late seventies she is now a Resident Artist at Kew Studio in London.
